# Wallet and pricing

> What you pay for in SpeakLouder and how to top up.

SpeakLouder runs on a **wallet**, one prepaid balance in USD for the whole account, under **Settings → Wallet**.

At the top you see your **wallet balance** and your **average monthly usage** over the last 30 days, which helps you judge when to top up again.

## Pricing

The live prices are always in **Settings → Pricing**.

## Topping up

Under **Top up your wallet** you pick an amount with the slider or a preset button. The more you add at once, the bigger the **bonus**:

| \$350+   | +5%   |
| \$1,000+ | +10%  |
| \$2,000+ | +15%  |

The minimum is $50 and the maximum $2,500 in one go (need more? there's a "Talk to us" link). Payment goes through Stripe and the balance updates automatically. It's a one-off payment, not a subscription.

  You only pay for calls that are **answered**. A phone number is billed separately as a fixed monthly cost, charged as soon as you buy it.
