The Agent tab is where you set how the agent sounds and what it says. It’s the most important part of a campaign.

Setting it up step by step

A new campaign has no agent configured yet, so instead of empty fields you get a wizard. Agent configuration start screen Click Start configuration. The first question is the one that matters most: Choosing the agent's spoken language Pick the language your agent will speak and understand on calls: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch or Polish. Then answer a dozen short questions about your company and your offer (what you do, what you sell, who you’re calling). Agent configuration wizard, one of the questions From those answers the AI writes the prompt and the agent’s opening lines for both outbound and inbound calls. Prefer to write everything yourself? Click Skip and configure manually in the top-right corner.

The configured view

Agent tab after configuration
  • Voice: how the agent sounds (see below).
  • Language: the spoken language, changeable at any time from the dropdown.
  • Prompt configuration: the instructions for outbound and inbound calls; Manage opens the full editor.
  • Callback: when this is on and a customer asks to be called at another time, the agent schedules the callback itself.
  • Tools: a connected calendar lets the agent book meetings mid-call. You connect it in Integrations.
  • Knowledge base: documents for the agent to draw on; coming soon.
At the top you also get Test agent (talk to it in your browser, free of charge) and Send call (the agent calls a number you give it).
Changing the language does not translate your prompts, they stay exactly as they are. After switching languages, open Manage prompt and rewrite them in the new language, otherwise the agent will speak one language while following instructions written in another.

Choosing a voice

Click Change next to Voice: Voice picker with accent filters and previews Filter by accent (American, Australian, British, Dutch, German, Polish) or search by name, hit play to preview each one, then click Save voice.
Before you go anywhere near real leads, click Test agent and have a practice conversation. It’s by far the fastest way to spot what needs fixing in the prompt.
