Topping up
Under Top up your wallet you pick an amount with the slider or a preset button. The more you add at once, the bigger the bonus:
The minimum is 2,500 in one go (need more? there’s a “Talk to us” link). Payment goes through Stripe and the balance updates automatically. It’s a one-off payment, not a subscription.
You only pay for calls that are answered. A phone number is billed separately as a fixed monthly cost, charged as soon as you buy it.
