Campaigns lists every campaign on the account, whatever its type or status. Campaign list with summary tiles and table At the top you get a quick summary: how many campaigns you have, calls made, total leads and average conversion. Each row in the table is one campaign, its type (where the leads come from), its status and its lead count. Click Details to go into it.

Statuses

  • Active: the agent is calling according to the workflow.
  • Paused: the campaign exists, but the agent isn’t calling. Switch it back on in Campaign settings.

New campaign

The New campaign button (here and at the top of the menu) starts the creation flow, see Your first campaign.
Once you’re inside a campaign, you can jump to another one from the dropdown in the top-left corner, no need to come back to this page.
